The song that I am going to be using is called 'Let it Burn' by me. Its a song that I wrote when I was in secondary school, and some of my friends sang the harmonies for me.
For the music video I want to have a Gothic, dark feel to it (so that it matches the genre of the song). I want to show a Gothic girl and represent her personality as a wolf. The wolf will be drawn and only lightly coloured, I will animated the images by using stop frame animation. I want to animate the wolf sing stop frame so that it doesn't move perfectly smooth; this will reflect the unsure emotions that the Gothic girl is having. Gothic people are stereotyped to like dark meaningful colours, such as black and red because they symbolise the blood, suffering and pain that they feel and cop with on their own or in small groups. And a wolf is a creature of the darkness, that happily spills blood for a meal, so they can be seen as similar.
